Membership
Becoming a member is easy. You can submit your documents online or print them out using the links below and bring them to Member Services at one of our convenient locations. You must have a current and valid government-issued ID as well as a California doctor's recommendation to join. Member Services is open until 6:30 pm 7 days a week.
